Donor notes:

For designated gifts, 10% of each designated donation is used for administrative costs that allow us to support our partner programs. A full 90% goes directly to the designated program. For donations with specified beneficiaries, we retain the unilateral power to redirect their use to support other beneficiaries whose purposes are consistent with those of the original specified beneficiaries.

Minnesota: The Kellermann Foundation, based in Richardson, Texas, provides funding, supplies, and logistical and volunteer support in southwest Uganda for specific programs in healthcare, nursing education, and community development. Donations made to the Kellermann Foundation are considered tax-deductible charitable contributions to the full extent provided by law.

New York: The Kellermann Foundation is registered in the State of New York to solicit charitable donations to fund specific programs in healthcare, nursing education, and community development in Southwest Uganda. A list of all organizations so funded is available from the Kellermann Foundation upon request. New York donors may obtain a copy upon request of the last financial report filed by the Kellermann Foundation to the Attorney General of New York. North Carolina: The Kellermann Foundation, based in Richardson, Texas, is licensed with the State of North Carolina to solicit funds for the purpose of providing charitable assistance in southwest Uganda. Financial information about this organization and a copy of its license are available from the State Solicitation Licensing Branch at 1-888-830-4989 (within North Carolina) or (919) 807-2214 (outside of North Carolina). The license is not an endorsement by the State.

Oregon: The Kellermann Foundation is registered with the Attorney General of the State of Oregon to solicit funds for the purpose of providing charitable assistance in southwest Uganda. This registration in no way constitutes or implies any endorsement, sanction or approval of the solicitation, its purposes, the manner in which it is conducted or the person or organization conducting it, by the Attorney General or any other governmental agency or officer.

Rhode Island: The Kellermann Foundation, based in Richardson, Texas, provides funding, supplies, and logistical and volunteer support in southwest Uganda for specific programs in healthcare, nursing education, and community development.
